Hot of the presses

Some shots taken by the official Bainbridge family photographer (Richard). Just received via the medium of e-mail.

Races through the tunnel

Here's Owen taking Grandad out for a race. Grandad under strict rules from race officials (Owen) was not allowed to use anything other than Owens small wheelbarrow and had to keep both hands on the handles at all times and the wheel on the floor despite being bent double. Still, at least he was allowed to bypass the tunnel!

New Pushchair

In order to minimize the "he's nicked my push-chair" syndrome, we borrowed an old one from Emma and Pete (thanks by the way). Here's Owen sitting in his new push-chair that Aidan is definitely not allowed in...

Aidan Update...

Here's some more photos from in and around the Jupp estate including some behind the scenes shots from the hospital. We've had loads of visitors stopping by, its been great. The boy (mark II) is sleeping ok and feeding well, Catherine is fine. More to follow.

Now "officially" named by the director of home affairs.

The Boy (mark II)

The second boy was born at 7:13pm yesterday weighing 8lbs. Catherine and baby are both really well. No name yet, watch this space...

Random Update

No photos to share...

But I can give you an update on stuff and things. It feels a lot like everything is on hold while we wait for the baby to come. Even work has gone quiet - unheard of since taking on the new job. Catherine is fine, if a little tired and Owen is good too, although he has started limping a little and has told us he needs to see a doctor... pretty wired as we've never really told him what they are. He was adamant, so Catherine booked him in.

I always take the mic out of Lyndsey Oliver for sending an annual round robin letter with her Christmas Cards - I really hate them, dull and pointless. This blog post is starting to feel a little like one of those so I'll stop before I have to tell myself off.

(although, one good thing - Owen got me Season 4 of The West Wing for hallmark day (fathers day), when I opened it he pointed at Jed Bartlett and said - "Daddy"... happy days!)
