Owen: Why
Me: Because you're in charge of bags, you new job is 'Head of bags'
Owen: If I am 'Head if bags' then I can make someone else carry them because I am in charge.
Me: What will you do while they carry them?
Owen: Check they are carrying them right.
Such a good understanding of the mystical art of leadership from one so young....
